Bayshore Townhouses Pool Closed...

Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners voted on the resolution, reproduced below, that is enforceable by law. 

Based on this, our Board of Directors have instructed that the gates to the pool be chained shut.

New HOA Management Company

Effective March 1st 2020, Sentry Management company is replacing Ameri-Tech for the day-to-day activities for the Bayshore Homeowners Association.

Sentry's first notification was mailed on February 4th, 2020. The letter contained contact information and instructions to change where we send our monthly fees.

The 2020 budget was approved and three directors were elected at the November 20th annual Members Meeting.

The annual Members Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 6:30PM on November 20th.

Gator Warning

Be alert for alligators ~ especially around the retention ponds at the Bayshore Townhouses property.

This is a precautionary warning. There have been no incidents with alligators.

Welcome to 2019!

The HOA sent a one-page letter to all the residents, and the Ameri-Tech manager for the property included a business card - reproduced on the right. Evidently Ameri-Tech mailed it because their logo and return address appeared on the envelope.
