The HOA sent a one-page letter to all the residents, and the Ameri-Tech manager for the property included a business card - reproduced on the right. Evidently Ameri-Tech mailed it because their logo and return address appeared on the envelope.

The letter listed the names of the 2019 Board of Directors and their respective titles.

The letter directed all repair/maintenance issues and questions to the property manager. However, residents are told to contact the directors at the email address given.

In 2019, residents should look for:

• A new landscaping company beginning March 1, 2019
• New mulch and landscaping will be added, while invasive species of trees will be removed.
• Irrigation updates and repairs forthcoming in 2019.
• Signs throughout the community have recently been cleaned.
