The day-to-day management of the Bayshore Townhouses common areas has been contracted to an independent property management service.

All Bayshore business should be conducted through our management company. Contact them, first. If they cannot resolve your issue, then they have the responsibility to bring it to the attention of the board. 

The management company does not maintain an office at Bayshore.
