Touch-up Paint

The exterior of our community was last painted in 2015. Residents who want to touch up their porches, etc, can try Sherwin-Williams brand "Stonelion" (tan) and "Headlands" (yellow).
FYI: The paint was supplied in 2015 by the Sherwin-Williams store on FL 580 near US 19.

Publications

The Appendix of "Living with the HOA" contains the three founding HOA documents: DCCRs, Articles/Incorporation, and the Bylaws. Some residents order just the appendix of the book.

Either book can be purchased through Amazon. Residents don't need both books unless they are handing them out to prospective buyers.
The prices as of July, 2019, are:
* "Living with the HOA" ~ $14.95
* Or just the "Appendix" ~ $9.95
