Bayshore Townhouses Pool Closed...
Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners voted on the resolution, reproduced below, that is enforceable by law.
Based on this, our Board of Directors have instructed that the gates to the pool be chained shut.
New HOA Management Company
Effective March 1st 2020, Sentry Management company is replacing Ameri-Tech for the day-to-day activities for the Bayshore Homeowners Association.Sentry's first notification was mailed on February 4th, 2020. The letter contained contact information and instructions to change where we send our monthly fees.
