The Board of Directors for the Bayshore Townhouses Homeowners Association asked that two items to be posted on our blog:
Pool Closure
The pool will be closed for 2-3 days beginning December 21st. The deck is scheduled to be washed and resealed. During this time, access to the pool area will be impossible.
Parking
Residents who host parties during this Christmas season are reminded to arrange for guest parking. (Check with your neighbors.) Actually, this applies all year long.
Residents should tell their guests not to park on the grass! Cars can damage our underground sprinkler systems.

Mark your calendars! The palm trees on the Bayshore Townhomes property will be trimmed on:Friday, July 10th, 2020

It is important that all vehicles are moved from the driveways in order to allow adequate access to the trees and to prevent any damage.
The Board of Directors are the decision makers for your community. They work on your behalf to make the best decisions for all residents. The community manager implements the decisions of the Board and assists in running the day-to-day operations of the association. ~~ Sentry Management
