HOA BOD
The Board of Directors for the Bayshore Townhouses Homeowners Association asked that two items to be posted on our blog:
Pool Closure
The pool will be closed for 2-3 days beginning December 21st. The deck is scheduled to be washed and resealed. During this time, access to the pool area will be impossible.
Parking
Residents who host parties during this Christmas season are reminded to arrange for guest parking. (Check with your neighbors.) Actually, this applies all year long.
Residents should tell their guests not to park on the grass! Cars can damage our underground sprinkler systems.
