- Is the Homeowner Association Required?
- Yes. This is a PUD (Planned Unit Development) and membership in the
Association is required. For the period January 2007 to December, 2007,
the annual association fee was $2,446
and it could be paid monthly at $204.00 per month. Increases are
limited to 5% per year without a vote of the owners.
- What Maintenance is included?
- Building exterior, roof, lawn, pool, streets,
pest control (exterior termite and lawn pests)
- What other services are provided through the Association?
- Trash & garbage and street lighting. In 2009 the Board
let the basic cable contract expire.
There is a fire hydrant within 1000 feet of most buildings, and all units
have sprinkler systems connected to building alarms. Water pressure to the
sprinkler systems is provided by the HOA.
- What utilities do I need to arrange?
- Water, electricity, telephone, homeowner's
insurance (HO3) and any cable services such as digital, HDTV,
and broadband Internet.
- What Rules do I need to know about?
- All Owners and occupants must abide by the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions plus
any other rules passed by the Board of Directors such as pool hours.

Sale signs posted in front of the units. You are invited to visit our
