The day-to-day management of the
Bayshore Townhouses common areas has been contracted to an
independent Property Management Services.
The management company does not maintain an office at Bayshore.
I provide the following information to the residents of Bayshore Townhomes only,
for their use to be able to contact the Management company if the resident
or owner should lose/misplace the contact information.

Emergencies are considered those situations that could cause damage to
areas that are the responsibility
of the Homeowner's Association (examples are pool, watering
system leaks, fire alarm and building sprinkler systems).
